  I don’t leave you hanging after you press publish! In module 4 I dive into how I promote all of my blog posts on Pinterest, Instagram and Facebook: from group boards to pinable images to growing a community on each platform. This module’s goal is to get more eyes on your great content!
• Module 5 | The Importance of Email Marketing
  If there’s one thing I think every blogger should have, it’s an email list! In this module I walk you through setting up your email list, with easy to follow tech tutorials, all the way through growing and utilizing your list.

  A critical part of creating your dream with your blog is making it PROFITABLE. In this module I discuss all the ways in which you can monetize your content + I walk you through how to do it. I share my families experience from the start of my blog to going full time in less than 3 years!

Hi! My name is Lisa Bass. I started my blog, Farmhouse on Boone, eight years ago, as a way to share my creative ideas and from scratch recipes, with others. As a reader of blogs at the time, I saw an opportunity to start growing an online audience and create an income for my family, though in the beginning I had no idea what I was doing. I jumped in with both feet, learning everything I could from Pinterest strategy to growing an email list and an Instagram audience.

I was determined to create a business that our family could work on together. See, at the time my husband was working a 40 hour a week public works job. The hours and benefits were great, but we knew we were capable of so much more. After my blog made six figures in year three, I was convinced there is virtually endless opportunity online, for anyone in any niche. In May of 2018 my husband quit his job that he worked for over 13 years. Now we have the opportunity to work and raise our kids side by side. We make our living sharing our passions with others online.
